Holiday Party / Toy Drive

Friends,

Next Wednesday, December 13th, from 6 to 8 pm at the High Beck Tavern, the Franklin County Young Democrats are hosting a Holiday Party and Toy Drive. The cost is either one toy or $10. Draft beer and pizza will be provided free of charge.

FCYD Fundraiser this Friday

The Franklin County Young Democrats will be co-hosting a low-dollarfundraiser for John Carney, candidate for the state legislature, thisFriday. John is a Young Democrat himself, and he currently works as anattorney at Porter Wright. Details are below.

OSU Move In Day

This Sunday, the Franklin County Young Democrats are going to be working with the Kilroy for Congress campaign to register people to vote at OSU's Move In Day. We really need your help from 10 am to 1pm. We will be meeting at 10 am at 3391 N. High Street on Sunday. This is a great opportunity to get new Democrats registered to vote. Please come!!!

Wednesday Meeting and Cocktail Hour

This Wednesday we'll be meeting at the Ohio Democratic Party from 6 to
7pm. Our guest speaker will be John Carney, candidate for Ohio House
District 22. We will be discussing the upcoming OYD Meeting, our
planned fundraiser for Sherrod Brown, and how to reach out to more
young people before the election.

Also, this Tuesday at the Spice Bar we are helping out with a social
event for Democrats. Chairman Chris Redfern will also be attending
this "Blue Cocktail" event at 5:30 pm at the Spice Bar in the Arena
District. Admission is free and there is a cash bar.
